Laval was the Program Manager for a new residential Trump Tower on the Delaware River in Philadelphia. The 44-story tower was to consist of condominiums, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and a club. Laval also acted as the General Contractor for the site preparation and extensive piling work before funding was terminated.
