Upgrade of an operational hotel to R1 status, including installation of an emergency generator, smoke purge system, and renovation of the entire third floor. Twelve units provided with new bathrooms and kitchens, including seven units upgraded to ADA compliance. All new millwork, floor covering, and wall treatments, including the public corridors and elevator lobby.
