This project consisted of the construction of a new 27-story hotel with condominium apartments across 51st Street from Rockefeller Center. Foundation work including rock excavation, piles, and shoring was necessary to begin the concrete superstructure. In addition to full build-out on 230 rooms, Laval also constructed the Terrace Club Restaurant and a Bank of America branch on the ground floor.
